Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Because Paddle processes your payments, all refunds are ultimately issued and handled by Paddle in accordance with their Buyer Terms and Conditions.
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. We offer a full refund on your subscription if you request it within 30 days of your original purchase.
There are no exceptions or qualifiers. If you are not satisfied with Invenly for any reason within the first 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund.
To request a refund within the 30-day window, please contact us directly at MikiDaniel85@gmail.com with your email address associated with the purchase. We will instruct Paddle to process the refund on your behalf. Alternatively, you may contact Paddle's buyer support directly.
If your refund is processed, your subscription will be immediately terminated, and your account will be downgraded to the Free Tier.
